Our lab uses an Alcohol Screening Devices (ASDs) which can be used only for screening tests for alcohol, and may not be used for confirmation tests. Trust us to provide efficient and compliant breath alcohol testing for your needs. *The donor should bring a hard copy the Chain of Custody Form (CCF) or (eScreen / FormFox authorized document) that says what services need to be completed & what lab to send results to and return the paper CCF.
